چکیده
Three vanadium-based catalysts were used to remove high concentrations of nitrogen oxides, and the catalysts’ performance de-NOx anti-H2O under NOx investigated. The V-Mo-W/TiO2 tested 1500 mL/min gas flow (GHSV = 500 h−1, 2.4% NO2, 4.78% NH3, 13% O2, 4% H2O, 5% CO2) characterized by BET, SEM, EDS, XRD, XPS, H2-TPR, NH3-TPD; then, their physical chemical properties analyzed. results showed that influence conversion remained above 97% at 200–280 °C indicating had catalytic activity strong water resistance. analysis characterization larger specific surface area catalyst, higher acid content, stronger redox ability, V4+ V3+ content reasons for conversion. decreased microstructure become smoother after reaction, which may be caused thermal sintering, but overall morphology did not change. Comparing H2-TPR NH3-TPD V1.6Mo1.7W1.8/TiO2 before NH3-SCR it was found reduction peak intensity sites sample changed, indicated catalyst good anti-sintering a long lifetime. This is significant followup long-term engineering application experiments.

Low temperature selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 over Mn-based catalyst: A review
The removals of NOx by catalytic technology at low temperatures (100–300 °C) for industrial flue gas treatment have received increasing attention. However, the development of low temperature catalysts for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx with ammonia is still a challenge especially in the presence of SO2. The current status of using Mn-based catalysts for low temperature SCR of NOx wi...
متن کاملSulfur and Water Resistance of Mn-Based Catalysts for Low-Temperature Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx: A Review
Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) with NH3 is the most efficient and economic flue gas denitrification technology developed to date. Due to its high low-temperature catalytic activity, Mn-based catalysts present a great prospect for application in SCR de-NOx at low temperatures. However, overcoming the poor resistance of Mn-based catalysts to H2O and SO2 poison is still a challenge. This pape...
متن کاملBauxite-supported Transition Metal Oxides: Promising Low-temperature and SO2-tolerant Catalysts for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx
In order to develop low-temperature (below 200 °C) and SO2-tolerant catalysts for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx, a series of cheap M/bauxite (M = Mn, Ni and Cu) catalysts were prepared using bauxite as a support. Their SCR performances are much superior to typical V2O5/TiO2, the addition of M into bauxite results in significant promotion of NOx removal efficiency, especially at low...

Enhancing selective catalytic reduction of NOx with alternative reactants/promoters
The hydrocarbon-selective catalytic reduction (HC-SCR) activity of an Ag/Al2O3 catalyst was investigated. The function on catalytic NOx reduction of different fuel properties using alternative reactants such as gas-to-liquid (GTL) and butanol was studied. This work proves that such improvements are due to the high reactivity, polarity and diffusivity of butanol within the catalyst enhancing NOx...
